Please contact owners for a firm quotation (as prices may change from time to time, and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations) and make a provisional booking if your dates are free.

A security deposit of £250 will be required, payable with final balance before the holiday and will be returned subject to a report from our management company on any damages, losses and general condition of the villa upon your departure.

Alternatively accidental damage insurance can be provided for a small fee, this is non-returnable.

For bookings under a week in duration please contact owners for a nightly rate. Please note a cleaning surcharge is payable on any short term bookings of less than a week.
