Our local Management Company
| Upon arrival all guests are required to register at our Management Company's local office to pick up key to the villa. They will upon check-in take an imprint and authorization on a major credit card for $250 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against negligence, damages or additional charges incured during your stay. |

The Management Company are responsible for cleaning and preparing our villa prior to your stay so if anything is not to your satisfaction upon arrival in the villa please call them immediately to report the problem. |
| Our local Management Company are only a local phone call away from the villa to provide 24 hour help and advice. If booked in advance, they can deliver additional items to help make your stay even more enjoyable and relaxing, such as cribs and high chairs if you are travelling with young children. |
| The Management Company can also provide a gas BBQ for your stay. Please note that the BBQ is for outdoor use only and should not be used too close to the pool screen or villa walls to prevent heat damage. If excessive mess or any damage is caused by the use of the BBQ then any cost to clean or repair will be deducted from your security deposit. |
| A small supply of tea,coffee, sugar and creamer will welcome your arrival but for an additional fee you can book a welcome pack. The welcome pack includes additional sugar, coffee, tea bags, milk, eggs, bacon, water, cereals, salt & pepper, butter, jam, cheese, orange juice, soda, crisps (chips), bread and vegetable oil. (Exact contents subject to availability and change). |
| Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent detailed contact information including driving directions from the airport to the Management Company reception office (to enable you to check in and collect the villa keys) and their telephone contact details in case of problems or emergency during your stay. |
| The Management Company will provide a brochure in the villa that will give you lots of other useful information on how various appliances work, how and when to dispose of your rubbish (garbage) and it lists useful phone numbers of the attractions, airlines and other numbers that you might need, but hopefully not need to use, such as local hospitals and 24 hour pharmacies. |
