Booking Process, Cumbrian Lakes luxury lakeside villa with pool, 10 minutes from Disney

Prices range between £500 per week (off season) to £900 per week (peak season)
A security deposit of £250 will be required, payable with final balance 8 weeks before the start of your holiday and will be returned subject to a report from our management company on any damages, losses and general condition of the villa upon your departure. Alternatively accidental damage insurance can be provided for a small fee, this is non-returnable. Please ask for details.
For bookings under a week in duration please contact owners for a nightly rate. Please note a cleaning surcharge is payable on any short term bookings of less than a week.

The Booking Process :
1 Contact the Owner to check availability and price (using the button below or call us (or see our contact details page)
2 Download Booking Form and Terms and Conditions
3 Read, complete and sign both Booking Form and Terms and Conditions
4 Return both signed forms and deposit cheque (£100 per week*) to Owners
5 Your holiday booking will be confirmed once the deposit cheque has cleared
6 Full villa details and directions will be confirmed once the full payment has cleared
* Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking

Please note that the villa is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed
